Cheapest Remote Backup

I’ve had yet another hard drive crash this summer. Seems that I go through a HDD crash every year.

I do backup to DVDs as well as an external hard drive. Still I lose files between backups and crashes. And I waste valuable time restoring files.

Intially, I have always looked into remote backup but it was too expensive, either by monthly charge or per GB.

How often do you back up your PC? Probably not often enough and it only takes one disaster, and then it’s bye bye PC! Try putting a price on lost time fixing or restoring the files, or transfering files to a new Hard Drive.

Finally there’s a service that’s cheap, unlimited storage space and “idiot-proof”!

First, I do my research using google and blogs. Most said “thumbs up”!

Secondly, I took advantage of their 14 days trial period to try it out. It had no problem backing up 30GB from my PC!

Verdict? One day before expiration, I whipped out my credit card and purchase an annual subscription.

Do yourself a favor. Get Carbonite and backup your PC NOW. You’ll be glad you did that.

Deaf Iraqi girl to get Cochlear Implant

Guess where?

Guess who’s paying for it?

Supposed there was no Iraqi liberation? Then what would her life be?

I dare those that are opposed to Iraqi liberation tell her to her face that she would’ve rely on Saddam Hussein and Iraq’s antiquated health care to help her hear.
