Ever have a video that you want it to be captioned or subtitled but turned off by the high price? Or have you watched any deaf video and wanted to add funny comments? Go to BubblePly and sign up. Works with YouTube, Google Video, ifilm, etc.
If you wish to “Bubble” your own video, you will need to host it on one of the approved video hosting or community web sites and then come back to BubblePLY.com with the URL.
Oh, and do you know that it’s free?
If only there’s a similar service for podcasting

Kudos to Scommonline for working very hard to get the word out about UbiDuo and for Kokonut Pundits to bring this to my attention. The local FoxNews TV station did a show and it’s a great video of how UbiDuo works:
Device Gives More Independence To Hard of Hearing
Though it’s not subtitled on the web, Kokonut Pundit did the transcription.
FYI, WinfreePCS Inc. has purchased two UbiDuos for demo around Rochester, NY. If you want to see it in action, please fill out the contact form on their website or on this weblog as well.

Another round of emails about my “arrest” and this time was modified. Why am I being slandered AGAIN? Who wants to harm my reputation? And why NOW??
If you get this email, please “copy and paste” the entire email (including header) in the Contact Us form so I can get network security specialists to do a trace and seek legal action against the rumormonger. Thank you.
Rochester Woman Arrested in Alleged Charity Scam
David Boris
Staff writer
(April 3, 2006) - Deaf woman is arrested for operating a charity scam and accused of ripping off thousands of people over the Internet.
Police say Judy Slomovic Gunter, the owner of www.deafbiz.com, gathered thousands of dollars in her donation scam. She allegedly convinced more than three hundred people to donate money. The victims apparently believed they were giving money to the Anti-Gun Foundation for a walk-a-thon that Gunter said she planned to enter. Rochester Police Lieutenant Dave Waller says Gunter collected about $70,200 in cash by convincing people on the Internet that she was collecting for the Anti-Gun Foundation.
Waller says the 44-year-old Gunter really used the money for purchasing two vehicles. He says he found about $28,300 in cash and $2,500 in checks in her residence. Gunter had donors write out the checks to the Anti-Gun Foundation, which were easily the first three letters of her last name.
“Her last name was Gunter, so she would only have had to put in the last three letters to modify the name on the checks,” said Detective Bob Welch with the Rochester Police Department.
Gunter was charged this week with possession of felony theft and felony deception. Gunter is being held on a $150,000 bond.
