I like it -- very easy to upload and open to public instantly. There's few deaf video already. (Search = deaf) Someone actually copy most of the Deaf Mosaic (old TV show from 80s) into YouTube. It even have CC on it. 

They seems to be easy to setup than Google Video, too.
