posted in Current Affairs, Finance, General, Money, Technology, deaf culture |As I’ve written before (and I know some other deaf/HH bloggers have written about this issue), you need to take control of your own finance and you need to educate yourself on money management and not depend on VR and SSI/SSD. It’s a darn shame that the schools still don’t teach money management! And parents are no better 
The information is out there. If you can read and have access to a computer, you have all the skills you need to improve your financial situation.
