		<description>I don't know about video relay, but traditional relay ALOT of those calls are coming through the internet or made by teenagers in the middle of the night who dont have nothing else to do but play games. Two call centers were closed within two years because of the low "traditional" relay calls which were the tty/voice, voice/tty hco/voice, etc. I don't think the companies who administers the relay service were monitored like they were supposed to. I loved the job,however it's a shame that you really can't do anything about the call process because of the fcc regulators. We had to do as instructed which was relay the conversation verbatim</description>

		<description>I work for a video relay service 90% of my calls are NOT scam calls. Yes there have been times where calls have been questionable. But the majority of my calls are famlies talking to each other or customer serivice calls for particular services. (ex. Tech support, restaurant, doctor' offices, etc.) I do not know which company they are talking about but my company starts out paying more than that and our turn around rate for our facility is extremely low.</description>
